Our Memorial Weekend

Since summer seems to be taking it's own sweet time to show up this year, we decided to give it a little encouragement... so we started off Memorial weekend by getting the boys a summer buzz-cut!

Before:

and After:

We spent a lot (let me say that again) A LOT of time building our garden box and planting our new totally cute garden. I am excited about it, and hope it is a success. If our veggies don't grow, I am hoping that the time spent out there helps us grow as a family.

We had a fun picnic with Ryan's sister (Ariann) and a couple of his brothers(Kurt and Richard) and their families. It was great-- especially seeing the kids enjoy playing together. I got to see my parents, and sister-- as they passed through town. It was great to visit with them and see Julie's cute little girls. . Lastly, we made our annual trek to the Rexburg Cemetery. It was a beautiful day, and everything looked nice with all of the flowers. It was a GREAT weekend.
